The International Jedi Union or I.J.U is an international fellowship of worldwide Jedi.

The primary purpose of the I.J.U is to provide a centralized location for Jedi to socialize, make friends, and/or discuss the issues that matter in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

The I.J.U has an open membership policy, so any interested party may register in this organization; that being said, it is not actually necessary be a Jedi in order to register here. Registration is required to minimize the likelihood of spamming.

However, the International Jedi Union reserves the right to remove any member and/or delete any post at anytime and for any reason without prior notice. This policy is for the protection of the I.J.U and its members.

The I.J.U is a social networking site and not an Order, but that does not mean that some fruitful and valuable work will not be done. The topics are open as long as those topics are discussed in a responsible manner. Many "united Jedi" organizations have tried to bring Orders together, we believe in bringing people together. We ask that you do not bring your "Order" politics to IJU and respect the other members there.

Rules and regulations will be enacted, and your continued membership in the I.J.U will constitute your acceptance of any rules or regulations, future or present, and are subject to change without notice.

The I.J.U is not a role-playing site. We are real Jedi. We are not the fictional Jedi depicted in the Star Wars series of books and films, but we do strive to order our lives and principles, in a like manner.

There are many different philosophies, religions, schools of thought and traditions in our world, but the forces that drive the universe –as we know it- are universal in nature and people simply have different names for those forces (or force). Many people in the world call that force God; we chose to call it The Force.

Everything in the known universe has energy that vibrates at some giving frequency, as does our consciousness (or awareness). With training, one can raise or lower ones consciousness to synchronies with the desired frequency. In other words, it is possible to sift your awareness to that of The Force.

You will hear the title “Master” repeatedly, but that word really just means teacher. Our learning never stops, so we can never truly master a subject until we transcend the limitations of our physical bodies and come into harmony with the Living Force, which is our true destiny.

Welcome to the path! We can set your feet on the path, but it is up to you to put one foot in front of the other, and make it happen.
